Applicant Terms

These applicant terms apply when you submit an application to join the Menquility therapist roster through /apply. They’re separate from our general site Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which still apply.

1. You must be at least 18

Menquility only accepts applications from adults aged 18 or older. Submitting an application is your representation that you meet this requirement.

2. Information you provide

You agree that the bio, experience, modalities, contact details, photos and intro video you submit are accurate, are your own work, and that you have the right to share them with us for the purpose of being evaluated.

3. How we use your media

All photos and videos you upload are stored in a private storage bucket. They are visible only to authorized Menquility reviewers, and only via short-lived signed URLs that expire within minutes. We will not publish your photos or video on our public site, social media, marketing materials or any external surface unless you give us explicit written permission.

4. Review and decision

Submitting an application is not an offer of employment or engagement. We review applications in the order received. If we decline your application, we may keep a record of that decision and the application contents for our internal hiring records.

5. Withdrawing your application

You can withdraw your application at any time from the applicant dashboard. Once withdrawn, we stop active review of it. Withdrawn and rejected applications are retained for up to 18 months from your last activity for record-keeping, then deleted along with your uploaded media. You can request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@menquility.com.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your application as confidential. We do not sell, trade, or share applicant data with third parties for marketing.

7. No guarantee of work

Even if approved, we do not guarantee a minimum number of bookings or sessions. Specific terms of any working relationship are discussed and agreed separately.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these applicant terms from time to time. The version tag above identifies the current version; the version you accepted at submission is recorded against your application.
