• Intake Data: Pertinent medical history, injury logs, and treatment preferences discussed during your consultation.
• Payment Information: Credit card details processed securely via our third-party payment gateway. (We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers).

Your information is used exclusively for:

• Scheduling and managing your appointments.
• Ensuring treatments are medically safe and customized to your specific physical needs.
• Processing payments and cancellation fees.
• Communicating important updates regarding your visit.

3. Medical Confidentiality

Any physical or medical information shared with your therapist remains strictly confidential. Our therapists adhere to rigorous professional and ethical standards regarding client privacy. We do not share, sell, or disclose your intake information to any third party.

4. Digital Tracking & Cookies

Our website utilizes standard functional cookies to ensure smooth navigation and booking functionality. We do not employ aggressive tracking pixels or sell your browsing data to advertising networks.

5. Therapist Applicant Data

If you apply to join our practitioner roster through /apply, the information you submit (full legal name, preferred name, contact phone, bio, modalities, photos and intro video) is collected for the sole purpose of evaluating your application. Photos and videos are stored in a private bucket and never made public on the site. Only authorized staff reviewers can view them, via short-lived signed URLs that expire in minutes. We retain submitted applications for up to 18 months from your last activity, after which they are deleted. You can withdraw your application at any time from your applicant dashboard, or request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@menquility.com.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, and the right to request its deletion from our active systems. To make such a request, please contact our concierge at privacy@menquility.com.
