Terms of Service

By booking an appointment at Menquility Spa for Men, you agree to the following terms and policies designed to protect both our clients and our practitioners.

1. Professional Boundaries

Menquility is a strictly professional therapeutic establishment. Our licensed massage therapists provide therapeutic bodywork only. Any illicit requests, inappropriate behavior, or crossing of professional boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session. The client will be charged the full price of the service and permanently banned from the establishment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. This policy allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waitlist.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service price.

3. Arrival Time & Lateness

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment, but you will still be responsible for the full cost of the originally booked service.

4. Health and Liability

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. It is the client's responsibility to fully disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or medications to the therapist prior to the session. Menquility and its therapists are not liable for any injury resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

5. Right of Refusal

Menquility reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly if a client arrives visibly intoxicated or behaves in a manner that compromises the safety and tranquility of our environment.

6. Payment

A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations. Full payment is due at the conclusion of the service. Gratuity is not included in the service price but is greatly appreciated by our therapists.
